Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every seat we sell. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only.

What's covered:

  • Faults in materials or workmanship
  • Items that arrive damaged in transit
  • Items that do not match the product description

What's not covered:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect fitment for your vehicle (please check compatibility before ordering, we're happy to help via email)
  • Damage from installation, modification, or use
  • Normal wear and tear

How to claim: Email A1MotorSports@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect
  • A short description of the issue

We'll respond within 1 business day. If the claim is approved, we'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, your choice.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor faults, we will repair or replace the item.

Inspection on arrival: Please inspect your seats on delivery. If there is visible packaging damage, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
