Shipping
We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane, QLD via reliable courier services including TNT, Star Track, and Couriers Please. The carrier used will depend on your delivery location and the most efficient route at time of dispatch.
Shipping cost: Flat rate of $50 per pair of seats, anywhere in Australia.
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times (from dispatch):
- QLD metro: 2–4 business days
- NSW, VIC, ACT: 3–5 business days
- SA, TAS: 4–7 business days
- WA, NT, regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of A1Motorsports AU.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your delivery and arrange re-delivery or pickup if you're not home.
Authority to leave: Most couriers require a signature on delivery for items of this value. If you'd prefer authority to leave (ATL), please add a note at checkout. Once ATL is granted, A1Motorsports AU is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Transit insurance: Transit insurance is available as an optional add-on at checkout. We strongly recommend adding insurance for peace of mind. Without insurance, claims for loss or damage in transit are subject to the carrier's standard liability limits, which may not cover the full value of your seats.
Damaged in transit: Inspect your delivery on arrival. If there is visible packaging damage, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at A1MotorSports@gmail.com. Photos are required to lodge a claim with the carrier.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: Due to the size of our seats, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required.
International shipping: We currently ship within Australia only.
